1. Introduction

Welcome to the Oxfreight Quote App ("Platform"), operated by OXFREIGHT (UK) LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Platform. By creating an account and using the Platform, you agree to abide by these Terms.

2. User Eligibility & Accounts

  • The Platform is intended for businesses only. Individual users must act on behalf of a business.
  • Users must create an account to access the Platform; guest access is not permitted.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

3. Platform Features & Usage

  • Quote Generation: Users can generate and manage quotes by inputting the necessary business details.
  • Data Retention: Quotes and user information are stored indefinitely unless a deletion request is made.
  • File Uploads: Users may upload packing documents and account images. Uploaded files are publicly accessible.
  • Editing & Deletion: Users cannot edit or delete quotes themselves and must contact an admin for assistance.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Users must provide correct and up-to-date details.
  • Proper Use: The Platform must be used only for its intended purpose.
  • Responsibility for Errors: Users are accountable for any mistakes in the data they provide.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • The Platform does not offer paid features.
  • All payments are managed offline through account managers.
  • Since no payments are made via the Platform, no refund policy applies.

6. Prohibited Activities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in:

  • Spamming Quotes: Creating excessive or irrelevant quotes.
  • Duplicate Accounts: Registering multiple accounts for the same business.
  • Misuse of Information: Providing false or misleading data.
  • Abuse or Harassment: Any abusive behavior toward other users or staff.
  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access restricted areas or data.
  • Violation of Terms: Any other breach of these Terms.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • Quote Adjustments: Generated quotes are subject to review and modification by account managers.
  • Sensitive Information: Users should not upload any sensitive data they wish to keep private.
  • Service Availability: We are not liable for any downtime, interruptions, or errors affecting the Platform.
  • Indirect Damages: We are not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
  • Third-Party Services: We do not assume liability for any issues caused by third-party integrations (e.g., Firebase, Google Maps).

8. Data Handling & Privacy

  • User data, including names, emails, business details, and quote history, is stored indefinitely.
  • Users can request data deletion by contacting an admin.
  • The Platform does not currently share user data with third parties but reserves the right to do so in the future.

9. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes. We may suspend or terminate user accounts if these Terms are violated.
